The classic tower attraction. The structure of tower ride , based on a footprint of 18m x 12m, consists of a steel lattice mast of 64m in height incorporating a gondola that carries 16 passengers and slides up and down 54m. Passengers sit on suspended seats around the circumference looking outwards. The gondola can be shot upwards at the same speed and acceleration as it descends, it can be driven up and down in any way desired, it can be stopped anywhere and it can bounce smoothly on a cushion of air. The lift and freefall movement, with the speed of up to 25m/s, creates exciting feelings of speed as well as weightlessness. The tower ride guarantees maximum thrills within a minimum of space.
